Kim Bowen is a Statewide Technology Specialist for the Assistive Technology Partnership, Education Program, in Nebraska. She has more than 25 years of experience working with children and families in the areas of childcare management, volunteer and case supervision, and family support and IFSP management for IDEA Part C children, birth to 3 years. In her current role, Kim provides technical assistance and training around Assistive Technology (AT) to educators and IFSP/IEP teams across the State.
